Hi! I’m Dr. Harmonie Grace Lee. I grew up in the Appalachian mountains in central Pennsylvania. I went to physical therapy school while in the Army, then served as a physical therapist in Fairbanks, Alaska for 5 years.

I was fortunate to work in the Army, where my job was simply to help people get back to full function. I was allowed to do whatever was best for the patient without having to worry about what insurance would cover. This meant that when I had a patient who had a tricky problem, I could just get creative and try different treatment strategies. This experimentation helped me to learn what works and what doesn’t and see musculoskeletal problems in a whole new light.

Using an approach I developed myself, I regularly help patients who have not improved despite having seen multiple providers before me.

I really enjoy what I do: helping people to not have pain so they can live their best lives.
